What are the main CTP time limits?

Claim within 28 days of the accident to have weekly payments back-paid to the day after the accident, and generally within 3 months. Ask for an internal review within 28 days of receiving a decision. A damages claim must generally be made within 3 years. See CTP claim time limits.
